I have limited spots open for 1:1 training so if you are keen to start - or get back - to training and aren’t ready to be with a group, contact me to chat about what we can achieve together. The goal will always be to help you move into the group session where all the fun happens, but we work together on when and how that works for you.
Want to train with your buddy?
It doesn’t have to be just 1:1 training, You might have a friend or family member who also wants to get involved, so think about training together! It’s a great way to save some money, motivate each other and still get the individual attention you need.
